Yes, we can operate in controlled airspace, provided we secure the proper authorizations. Flying near major Minnesota airports requires FAA clearance through the Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability (LAANC) system or a specialized airspace waiver. Dukhifat handles all airspace checks, permitting, and compliance processes for our clients before every flight.
No, you do not need to pull permits. Dukhifat handles all necessary pre-flight planning. We use the FAA's B4UFLY system to check for temporary flight restrictions (TFRs) and local Minnesota ordinances. We ensure all flights maintain a visual line of sight (VLOS) and comply with privacy regulations across the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota

Yes, Dukhifat operates year-round. However, winter drone flying in Minnesota requires specialized logistics. Cold temperatures reduce drone battery life, and we cannot fly during active precipitation (heavy snow, freezing rain) or in extreme winds. Our pilots utilize specialized cold-weather protocols to ensure safe, efficient flights even in sub-zero weather, keeping your winter construction or real estate projects on schedule.
For standard real estate aerial photography and videography in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, Dukhifat typically delivers fully edited digital media within 24 hours. More complex deliverables, such as thermal inspection reports, 3D site maps, or highly produced promotional videos, generally take 3 to 5 business days, depending on the scope of the project.
The on-site pricing offers a sliding scale of $50 to $100 for a 1-2 hour Short Flight, $105 to $175 for a 3-5 hour Extended Shoot, and $180 or more for a 6+ hour All-Day Project, with all packages including premium features like cinematic 4K video, $10M liability insurance, and a 24-hour delivery guarantee.
