Payment is due at the end of the same month of the last shoot. By engaging Dukhifat LLC for commercial drone services or authorizing our operations on your site, the Client agrees that Dukhifat LLC retains 100% sole, exclusive copyright, and intellectual property ownership over all captured media, raw footage, and final assets, granting the Client a limited, non-exclusive license to use the final delivered media for their direct business marketing upon full payment. Furthermore, the Client voluntarily assumes all inherent risks associated with aerial drone operations and agrees to fully release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dukhifat LLC, its pilots, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, site disruptions, privacy disputes, or losses arising out of our flight operations, media capture, or site access to the fullest extent permitted by law, with any potential monetary liability of Dukhifat LLC strictly capped at the total fees paid for the specific project.
Yes. Dukhifat strictly adheres to all federal and state regulations. All our pilots hold an active Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. Additionally, we hold a Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) Commercial Operations License. Our drones are registered with the state, and we carry full commercial aviation liability insurance as mandated by Minnesota Statute 360.59 to fully protect our clients and their properties.
Yes, we can operate in controlled airspace, provided we secure the proper authorizations. Flying near major Minnesota airports requires FAA clearance through the Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability (LAANC) system or a specialized airspace waiver. No, you do not need to pull permits. Dukhifat handles all necessary pre-flight planning. These deliverables are unavailable for tracking site progress, measuring stockpile volumes, and keeping stakeholders updated on Twin Cities development projects directly from us.
